KLG Europe is a logistics service provider specializing in customized solutions for our customers. In Waalwijk, we exclusively serve one customer with a team of approximately 80-100 dedicated employees in a warehouse environment of approximately 20,000 square meters. We strive to maintain the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We have a modern warehouse that was built in 2021, where all incoming and outgoing orders are fully coordinated by the team of order planners. As an order planner, you will work in a dynamic warehouse environment and be flexible in working two shifts to ensure the continuity of the logistics process. You will be responsible for collecting and passing on crucial information and will maintain close contact with the transport planners to ensure a smooth flow of goods. You will work in an office environment within the warehouse, together with an enthusiastic and driven team that values customer focus and efficiency.

What are you going to do?

• Assisting the team leaders;
• You will work closely with our client's order planners;
• Processing and managing orders, such as processing receipts and stocks in our client's WMS system;
• Organizing daily routine production activities and enabling on-site operators to handle, record, and upgrade order exceptions to ensure normal production;
• Responsible for daily output results;
• Making and fulfilling clear agreements with customers;
• Ensuring that both qualitative and quantitative goods checks are carried out regularly;
• Optimising processes and procedures;
• Stakeholder management, both internally and externally.

Your profile

• You have an MBO (4) level of working and thinking;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is an advantage;
• If you are willing to invest in your future and learn this profession from our experienced colleagues, we will provide you with comprehensive training at our KLG Academy;
• You have good communication skills in spoken and written Dutch and English;
• You have more than basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
• You are stress-resistant, accurate, organized, and methodical;
• Affinity with WMS systems.
