What are you going to do?

Rating and invoicing transport, warehouse, and customs orders for KLG Europe Venlo;
Reviewing, checking, and uploading quotations into our TMS system;
Liaising with the Sales department regarding quotations and rates;
Contacting customers regarding disputes, received self-billing invoices, and/or invoicing proposals from customers;
Liaising with the Operations department regarding the execution of orders;
Checking the completeness of invoiced orders;
Providing support to the Financial Controller;
Contributing ideas and input during periodic meetings.

Your profile

You have completed an MBO Level 4 education in a financial, economic, or business-related field;
Experience in logistics is an advantage, but not a requirement;
You are eager to learn, accurate, and critical;
You have an analytical mindset and strong numerical insight;
You can work independently, in a structured manner, and autonomously, and you are proficient in Microsoft Office;
You have a good command of English; German is an advantage.
