Within the ICT department, the EDI team is responsible for building, maintaining, and managing data connections with both internal and external customers, as well as external partners. This is accomplished using Microsoft BizTalk in combination with internally developed tools for functions such as deployment and message tracking.
What are you going to do?
- Develop, configure, and manage integration solutions (EDI) within KLG;
- Document configurations, integrations, and solutions;
- Deploy interfaces into production environments;
- Support the implementation and maintenance of technical connections and communication protocols such as AS2, HTTP, and SFTP;
- Monitor EDI connections and initiate and follow up on corrective actions when necessary;
- Participate in a rotating second-line support schedule, working closely with the Application and Development Team. You will also gain knowledge of the communication modules within the TMS and WMS environments, allowing you to work more independently from other ICT teams;
- Contribute to the further development of KLG's standard messaging formats;
- Take initiative and proactively propose improvements.

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking (HBO), or equivalent;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
- Experience with programming (preferably C#), message transformation (XML/XSD/XSLT), and MS SQL databases;
- A team player who can also work independently and takes responsibility for individual contributions as part of the overall team performance;
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to remain composed in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with Microsoft BizTalk or similar Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms is a strong advantage;
- Experience with ArcESB (RSSBus), knowledge of APIs, web services, EDI standards (such as EDIFACT and ANSI X12), and/or automated logistics IT systems are an advantage;
- Experience within the logistics sector and/or in a large-scale environment with more than 100 interfaces is an advantage.
