What are you going to do?

Create and maintain creditor accounts;
Enter purchase rates related to the automatic allocation of costs;
Book and process purchase and transport invoices;
Follow up on and analyze opportunities to reduce invoices within the workflow;
Prepare payment lists and enter payment proposals;
Post bank statements and process bank transactions;
Monitor and reconcile clearing accounts;
Process ad hoc intercompany recharges;
Prepare reports on turnover figures and shipment volumes;
Provide support to the Financial Controller;
Provide administrative support for projects;
Act as a back-up for accounts receivable monitoring and collection activities;
Contribute ideas and actively participate in periodic department meetings.

Your profile

You have completed an MBO Level 4 education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
Experience in the logistics sector is a plus, but not required;
You are eager to learn, accurate, and critical;
You have strong analytical skills and numerical insight;
You are able to work independently, in a structured manner, and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
