Quality Specialist

Since September 2021, KLG Europe has been operating a 20,000 m² warehouse in Waalwijk, employing around 200 colleagues. As our Quality Specialist, maintaining a high and consistent quality standard will be your core responsibility. You understand customer requirements and know exactly what is needed to meet and exceed them. Working closely with the quality team, you dive into incidents, identify root causes, and make sure improvement actions are implemented effectively. Tools such as the 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis are part of your toolkit, and you are not hesitant to challenge answers and ask deeper questions.

What are you going to do?

• Maintain and develop the ISO 9001 quality management system;
• Work closely with the Quality Shift Leaders;
• Advise and support the Quality Warehouse Team;
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions;
• Assess deviations such as damages and ensure proper resolution;
• Contribute to designing, documenting, and improving processes and procedures;
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits;
• Collaborate with the customer team to ensure customer expectations are met;
• Foster a safe working environment for all employees.

• MBO/HBO level of education;
• Experience with quality management systems (NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage);
• Preferably several years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word;
• Stress-resistant, accurate, structured, and well-organized.
