Bijbaan loodsmedewerker Crossdock

We are looking for a team player who feels at home in a dynamic environment and finds logistics interesting. You will be working in our cross-dock operation. Together with the shift team and other students, you will help load and unload trucks. Associated tasks such as labeling, scanning, and other warehouse activities are also part of your responsibilities, and you will carry them out with great accuracy.

You will be trained by experienced colleagues and work alongside people of your own age. We offer a flexible and enjoyable student job. We understand that your school schedule may change and that you may have exams from time to time. That is why we plan everything in consultation with you and review your availability each week, while aiming to maintain a consistent work schedule whenever possible.

What are you going to do?

• Load and unload trailers/trucks using an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT);
• Prepare shipments for dispatch;
• Check quantities and inspect for damages;
• Complete pallet documentation;
• Sign transport documents and record shipment file numbers;
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Working Hours:

• Start time between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM;
• End time between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Your profile

• You are at least 18 or 19 years old;
• You are a hard worker with a strong attention to detail;
• You have good communication skills in Dutch;
• You are a student who enjoys hands-on work during the evening hours;
• Experience in logistics with a forklift or electric pallet truck is an advantage. You can obtain the required certificate through KLG.
