I started working at KLG when I was 14 years old. First, I sorted files in the invoicing department, then I worked in the warehouse during school holidays, took on a part-time job in the cross-dock operation, and later completed an internship in transport planning.

Over the years, my appreciation for KLG continued to grow. Due to my bachelor's degree studies, I was away from the company for several years, but 4.5 years ago I returned to the familiar environment I had always known. It truly felt like coming home.

After my return, I started as a Switzerland Planner before moving to the Eastern Europe department. Since January 2025, I have been working as a Team Leader, responsible for operations across nine countries. KLG offers many opportunities, and if you seize them with both hands, it is definitely possible to make significant career progress.

Although the organization has grown considerably over the years, I greatly value the fact that its informal and family-oriented culture remains intact. The way colleagues interact with one another, combined with the positive and friendly atmosphere in the workplace, motivates me to come to work every day with enthusiasm and enjoyment.
