I have been working at KLG for 12.5 years and have gained extensive experience within the organization during that time. Communication within the team is direct, and the lines of communication are short, making it easy and efficient to collaborate with colleagues.

My role is highly varied. I am actively involved in operational processes, including invoice verification, and I contribute to various projects, from implementation through to monitoring progress.

In addition, I support new colleagues during their onboarding process, provide training, and guide students throughout their learning journey. Sharing knowledge and helping others find their place within KLG is an important part of my work.

What characterizes my role is the diversity of tasks and responsibilities, which makes it both intellectually stimulating and versatile within KLG.
