In my role within the KLG Control Tower, I prepare reports and performance overviews. I make quality measurable and visible. I create these reports for both customers and carriers. They are also used internally to continuously monitor quality and, where necessary, make adjustments and improvements. In addition, I serve as a point of contact for various customers, supporting and guiding them with their assignments.
At KLG, we never say no. My colleagues and I always strive to help customers in the best possible way. When there’s no standard solution, we’ll still find one. “No” is not an answer!
I’m also a board member of the KLG Staff Association. I get along well with everyone within KLG, and I consider the positive working atmosphere to be very important.”
