My journey at KLG Romania started on September 13, 2013- practically my very first step into professional life. At that time, I didn’t have a clear direction or a defined career path, but KLG gave me something incredibly valuable: the opportunity to discover myself.

It was here that I realized logistics is the field where I truly belong and where I enjoy growing every day.

I started as a picker, without knowing exactly where I was heading, but with a strong willingness to learn and move forward. Step by step, I progressed through multiple roles: picking, validation, transport scanning, reception warehouse keeper, project team leader, warehouse stock controller -and today, I hold the position of Junior Contract Manager.

Looking back, I see that this journey is not just about roles or milestones. It’s about people, trust, and opportunities. None of this would have been possible without the support of my colleagues. The logistics team has always been there for me, offering constant encouragement and the confidence I needed to push my limits and keep moving forward.

At KLG, I learned what responsibility truly means, how important teamwork is, and why continuous growth matters. It’s a place where you’re not just an employee, but a person who can grow- as long as you’re willing to get involved and take initiative.
