A good onboarding is half the work, and I have certainly experienced that! Everyone is welcome here from the first moment and a lot of attention is paid to you. I'm having a great time and I'm happy that I can broaden my knowledge in the field of HR at KLG Europe and that does me good. There is also a check on the things you do well. In short, a positive and pleasant environment in which I can get acquainted with various HR aspects on a daily basis.
