"I have never had such a structured start to my internship"

From February 2023 I will be doing my graduation internship at KLG Eurpe in Eersel. I ended up at KLG Europe through a company market. The familiar working atmosphere appealed to me immediately! I also found the young fleet and the move to the new building an interesting fact. The first impression within KLG was very positive! I received an extensive induction program and was able to get to know almost all departments of KLG Eersel. This gave me a good idea of who has which tasks and which tasks I could possibly take on. The structured start of my internship surprised me positively, I have not experienced this before at another internship. I will work for half a year in the planning department (import/export) where I will work on my final assignment and perform supporting tasks. My assignment relates to personnel policy. I am looking forward to gaining more experience with regard to planning, and I am also looking forward to the move. I am curious what this will all entail and what influence it will have on the organization and colleagues
