My name is Huub Seuren and I have been working in the Crossdock of KLG Europe for over 25 years.

During this period I have of course experienced a lot at KLG and I still come to work whistling. The work as a warehouse worker in the Crossdock is very varied and challenging. The main activities are loading, unloading, stickering, scanning and measuring goods. The nice thing about KLG is that they specialize in groupage transport/ general cargo shipments. As a result, you come into contact with many different goods and dimensions. You also learn how to use a forklift and EPT.

When new employees start, I am their buddy. Because of my experience and knowledge I can guide and train them well. I really enjoy doing this.

The team at KLG is very collegial. Everyone helps each other and together we put our shoulders to the wheel. In the evenings it can be very hectic, but we see this as a challenge. At the end of the day we go home together. At first I always worked in the shifts and also for a long time as a warehouse manager. The contact with colleagues from other departments is also very good and pleasant, this is important to me.

Working as a warehouse assistant in the cross-dock has never bored me and I certainly won't get bored, I can recommend it to anyone who likes work and variety.
