Sharif Helal started 25 years ago as an administrative employee at KLG, back when the company was still called VTE. Over the years, he worked his way up to become the head of the Key Account and Sales department. “I work with a fantastic team. Every day, we focus on keeping our customers satisfied and growing our sales. I always say: there’s a difference between a manager and a leader — and I’m more of a leader. I prefer to stand among the people; that way, I get a lot more done.”
