“Friday is a busy day. If I have some free time, I enjoy helping my colleagues by jumping in and working alongside them. I really enjoy it — it’s something I’ll never forget how to do.”

Joeri Schouteden worked as a mechanic for 22 years before joining KLG. He’s been with the company for two years now and is responsible for planning the workshop schedule. “I’m happy with my job. It’s a challenging role — I no longer work on the vehicles myself, but now I manage things from the sidelines. That’s new to me. Fortunately, I enjoy it and it’s going well. Having been a mechanic myself, I can really use that experience in my leadership.”
