We have been nominated again for the title "Best Training Company"
Educating students has been an important item on our agenda for many years. We are proud to share our knowledge with this new generation and we are happy to contribute to educational institutions so that the theory can be applied in practical situations, such as on the work floor. Every semester we welcome many trainees and this year we are again nominated for the title “Best Training Company”.
Mbo-students follow the practical part of their training at a learning company recognized by SBB. Recognized training companies are a textbook example for the industry. By helping to train students, they make an important contribution to the future of craftsmanship.
KLG Europe has been training students from various schools for years. They learn practical and social skills on our company floor. We are pleasantly surprised with this nomination: "We think it is important that students learn in practice with us, because they are the employees of the future.”
We think it is important, as an accredited training company, to also make our contribution to the development of training, teaching materials and projects at various training institutes. An example of such a project is “Bedrijfswijs” in collaboration with Gilde Opleidingen in Venlo (NL). The aim of this project is to better link education and practice. One of the Gilde teachers who is also involved in this project also nominated us for the title of 'Best Training Company'. We are extremely proud that teachers also look at KLG in this way and that we receive appreciation in return.
The MBO Council and SBB are organizing the Ambassadors' Gala on Monday, 16 May. A jury will then choose the best mbo student in the Netherlands. At the same event, the national winners of the Best Training Company and Best Practical Trainer awards will be announced. They may call themselves the Best Training Company or the Best Practical Trainer in the Netherlands for a year.
