At the end of the year and in the last vlog of this year, we want to toast to great memories with you. So we look back at all the highlights of last year. Not only do we look back in this vlog, we also build on the future by looking ahead to the future. In this, we as KLG find it very important to further train our colleagues and invest in safety and the new generation. KLG VLOG #73 - WE ARE OPENING DOORS

At KLG Europe, we open our doors to inform, invest, grow and develop. Every vlog we let our followers take a look behind our scenes.
On 3 and 4 November, we literally opened the doors of our new premises in Eersel. Customers, business associates, local residents, students and jobseekers visited our facility and got a better idea of KLG and the world of logistics. The open day was a great success and ended with a super cool employee party. Furthermore, behind the scenes in this vlog you can see our HR brainstorming session and we load a very special cargo.

KLG VLOG #72 - PARTICIPATION

Participation and involvement is important to us at KLG Europe. This vlog shows how we are and get involved and take part in different activities. We believe it is important to learn from each other. For example, we were a pioneer and participated in the "Experience the Supply Chain” event. We also took part in a pilot to introduce projects for students and had HR brainstorming session. Social commitment is very important to KLG Europe. As an organization we find it important to think for the people of today and the world of tomorrow. In this vlog you can see how we show that commitment in various projects and activities. For example, we are the main sponsor of the Pearl Run, sponsor in soccer, participate in the truck run and are a pioneer in Experience the Supply Chain. So we are socially involved through sports and transport.

With our vlogs we would like to share information about KLG's developments and what it is like to work at KLG. We have a large team of colleagues with different jobs who all contribute to our vision of "Being the Logistics Partner for our customers". This ensures that we are constantly developing and never standing still. That is a good thing! Because we do not like to stand still... Innovation and renewal are important elements for us. The branch in Eersel has something to cheer about in this vlog, as we have moved into our brand new modern building! It is a big step for KLG towards further growth and development. But we have several developments we are working on, such as data and a green way of transportation. For example, we are once again introducing you to the benefits of data during the Logistic Day Limburg and we are providing more information about the renewable diesel variant HVO100. But internally, we are also sharing information regarding sustainability and how everyone can do their bit to contribute to this. The Next Step is something we do together. Innovate and develop. Grow and collaborate. In this vlog, you'll see how we do that. We show you our new trial with HVO100, the most sustainable type of fuel currently available. There is also plenty to see at the Waalwijk site regarding innovation and how about the developments in Eersel? There they have started the final stages of the new building. By learning you keep developing yourself. This month we named the KLG champ (KLG kanjer) among the trainees of this semester and we show you that also the KLG academy is almost finished.

Collaboration is at the core of our sector. Working together is also one of the core values of our organization. Together you always come further and to better ideas than alone.

This vlog is all about our international collaborations. We show you our Astre network, we take you to the largest trade fair in the field of Transport and Logistics in Munich and we introduce you to our onboarding program. But we also open our doors to a local cooperation partner. An educational institution with young students, whom we would like to enthuse about our beautiful industry.

KLG VLOG #66 - AND THE AWARD GOES TO...

During the annual partner event of Meet the Youngsters, we as KLG were once again awarded the title of Most Attractive Employer! We were proud to receive this award for the 3rd time. In this vlog more awards will be presented. During the Venloop, 200 KLG walkers received a medal during this annual event. Our truck driver is in France on the old Reims Gueux circuit and our news SHEQ manager is introduced. In Rotterdam, our intern Tiamo made a nice vlog about his internship and Linsey and Anouk are busy further digitizing our internal processes. In Romania we take a look behind the scenes at the recording of the podcast and in Venlo the finishing touches are being put on the renovated canteen. Curious about the end result?
