Our people are our greatest asset—they form the foundation of our company and our success. KLG Europe stands for **Borderless Logistics**. We offer our employees limitless opportunities while providing a stable and supportive working environment. We are committed to investing in the growth and development of our people.
As a Logistics Engineer, you will be part of the Site Manager’s team and report directly to the Site Manager. In this role, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the operational performance of our Venlo site. You act as the link between data, processes, and day-to-day operations. By conducting analyses, identifying bottlenecks, and initiating improvements, you help the organization work smarter, more efficiently, and more effectively.
You will investigate operational issues, identify the root causes of deviations, and translate your findings into practical improvement initiatives. In addition, you will support the Site Manager by providing analyses, reports, business cases, and cost evaluations that contribute to informed decision-making. Whether it concerns warehousing, transport planning, cross-docking, customs, or key account operations, you know how to turn data into insights and insights into results.
This role offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments. No two days are the same: one day you may be analyzing operational performance and KPIs, while the next you are leading an improvement project or solving a recurring process issue.

- Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to make processes more efficient, effective, and future proof.
- Monitor the progress and results of improvement initiatives and ensure their successful implementation.
- Act as the Site Manager's key business partner by proactively identifying improvement opportunities based on data and analysis.
