KLG Europe set up a new warehouse in Waalwijk in September 2021. The warehouse space covers 20,000 square meters and employs about 200 people.
What are you going to do?
As a logistics administrative assistant, you are responsible for correct administrative handling of the flow of goods so that both physical and financial processing is done correctly.
For this you will use both our own (TMS) system, the client's system, as well as Microsoft applications. You will work in a lively and vibrant department where team interest is paramount.
There is room for socializing and joking, but we also roll up our sleeves together to ensure that we provide maximum service to our clients. At the end of the day, you run through your digital schedule one more time to check it, and you leave feeling satisfied.

Your profile
- Word and Excel skills are a must;
- You have mbo (4) working and thinking level;
- You have an affinity for transportation and logistics;
- Work experience in a similar position is a big plus;
- You can communicate in Dutch and English (verbal and written);
- You are meticulous and accurate and work meticulously with internal data;
- You have an organizational ability and can keep a good overview.
