Forklift driver - shunter Waalwijk

Do you like a varied job? Do you have affinity with logistics? And are you the one who makes sure ''it gets done''? Then you are our new forklift driver - shunter! In this position at KLG Europe you will help your colleagues in the warehouse with their daily tasks. In addition, part of your work consists of shunting. You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the outside area. You will work in two shifts.

KLG Europe set up a new warehouse in Waalwijk in September 2021. The warehouse covers 20,000 square meters and employs about 200 people

What are you going to do?

• Loading and unloading of trucks;
• Scanning in and out of goods;
• Preparing shipments;
• Checking piece count/damages;
• Keeping the warehouse in order;
• In the "other" hours maneuvering tractors, trailers and motor vehicles on our own premises and parking them in the proper parking spaces;
• Ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently in the outside area.

Working Hours: One week you will work from 06.00 - 15.00. The other week you will work from 3 p.m. - midnight.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience operating a forklift and know how to handle it in a deft and safety-conscious manner;
• You are in possession of a driving license T, a driver's license is an advantage;
• You have good insight and can work in a structured way;
• You have good communication skills in English.
